HONG KONG DAY 4 & 5

DAY 4

OOTD for the day! Dress from #hollyhoque

Met up super early as we need to take the ferry to Macau. Throughout the whole journey, we all slept really soundly as we all are soooo tired! Remember, we all are deprived of sleep. Lolol. So no pictures.

When reached Macau, we were very confused on where to go, how to get to the hotel. We at first took the shuttle bus opposite the terminal and head to 1 of the hotel. We were at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel where Boys Over Flowers, Korean version had appeared in the drama! Lol.

The food court here has alot of varieties. It even have the Yee Shun Milk Company 義順牛奶公司. So don't bother to go try it out at other places if you are already at this hotel. And 1 more thing, Macau has the same rate as HKD. You can use HKD to buy any things when in Macau. But then don't use Macau money in Hong Kong as they don't accept it.

After that, we took the shuttle bus back to the terminal and took the bus on the terminal side to another hotel. We explore some of the hotels then decide where to gamble later. There we MANY hotels there. You just have to go any of it or just go to 1 hotel where also surrounded by other hotels too. So it will be easier to change hotels. Haha.

We headed to Senado Square as its one of the MUST GO places to visit. We headed to any of the Roasted shop as XueLi wanted to have some Char Siew and other stuffs. The food is amazingggg. It definitely beats what I had in Singapore. Shall let pictures speaks!

Pork Ribs. So So only.

I had no idea stir fry cucumbers can be so amazing as well. I thought it was celery in the first place. Haha

Roast Pork Belly. AMAZINGGGG!

Roast Duck. My favourite! Skin is crispy and meat is tender. Omggggg.

Noodle Soup. Its a huge portion that 2 people needs to finish it. And we all had no idea about it and all people ordered 1 bowl each except for me. I wanted dry ones but they miss my order T.T

After eating, each couples separate and walk their own ways to explore Macau. So me and my boy just randomly walk around. I seriously thinks that Macau is boringggg laaa. Nothing much to do. Things are expensive according to the rate I exchanged so I did not really bought anything. I just went to buy food souvenirs and maggies. Lol.

Pass by Yee Shun Milk Company 義順牛奶公司 which I have told my boy that the hotel actually has it and he still got the guts to tell me "Really meh?" -.-

Not a fan of milk. So didn't bother to try.

I tried the Papaya Milk w. Sago. Not bad. Very smooth.

We head over to the Casino we pick to gamble and sadly, none of us win! We actually lose. Sigh. Headed to the nearest chinese restaurant to have dinner since we wanted Shark Fin!

Had a hard time deciding on the Menu since we are afraid of not being able to finish!

Roasted Duck, Chicken & Char Siew.

All I can say is its so bad. Boooo~

Don't know what vegetables is this. But Not bad.

Stir Fry Prawns w. Celery, Carrots, Onions & Peanuts.

So so only. But prawns are fresh. Haha

The shark fin we all were expecting but ended up not exactly what we wanted. But overall, its pretty not bad.

Ma Po Tofu! Nice

Chek & Winnie's Favourite. They love the most is the head part. Lol.

Spotted this in one of the hotel. So cool! The telephone booth also need to be so nice. Lol. And this hotel apparently have prostitutes or don't know what they call that goes to any guy and says "Later wanna go where?" And I even heard that they will go to the individual rooms as well! Omg. They also not say very ugly. In fact, they are actually quite prettyyyy! Tsk. Wasted.

Bought it at 7-Eleven when we touch down Hong Kong. The Apple cider only so so. But the Grape beer is niceee. Heh.

1 of the snacks bought in Macau. This is soooo goooood! Its like seaweek shaker. You have to power the wasabi powder in the pack and shake it among the chips and it taste amazingly good. Regretted that I didn't bought 1 carton back to Singapore since SG don't sell. Lolol.

DAY 5

This is the day I was waiting for! That I got to wake up later than any of the other days! THANK GODDD! We need to check out by 11am. So I woke up at 10am. Very shiok even though I still think not enough. Haha. We put our luggage at the reception area then head out. Since it was free & easy. All couples go their separate ways and I wanted to go over to Causeway Bay the shopping mall to see branded things and also have my Itacho!

Because Singapore's Itacho was good and plus its origin was Hong Kong. So my expectation is pretty high. I was happily heading over there and I definitely felt pretty disappointed. Sigh.

I really thought this was just some part of the menu that was displayed outside. But then, it was really just the menu only! I was still thinking of my Unagi rice, Crab and more ):

Grilled Pork w. Balsamic Vinegar

AMAZINGLY GOOOOD! Couldn't forget it. Wish singapore's branches also have this.

Overall, food is fresh. Just that not much of choices to eat but it was also not that unpleasant experience also.

We walk around and happened to pass by 1 of the markets. Really likes the fresh seafood! Yummm.

Decided to try Ippudo

Why SG don't have this? It even has a comic's menu that state what is for what kind of soup base.

Only tried 1 bowl of ramen as my stomach is still filled with Itacho and some street's food. Lol. Ramen is salty!!! Omg. But then still nice. Haha.

Aparrently I concuss once reach the hotel. Lolol

Hong Kong Airport really very mafan. We had to take train to another terminal and then bus to another terminal again. Omg. And this finally ends my Hong Kong Trip. Overall, its a very tiring trip. My thigh really got firm when I got back to SG. Lolol. And I think I won't go all those visitors sight as it really takes alot of energy out of me. I'll just go like 3D2N to enjoy my food despite the very rude service attitude. But I can't deny that the dim sum & seafood are fresh there. Shall end here now! (:
