Marutama Ramen (United Square)

I had this some time while back but am always lazy to blog about it. So I decided to blog this now while sorting out my photos for Taiwan Day 2. Heh.

I don't know how, but I read the reviews for their ramen is apparently 1 of the top in Singapore. But when I went to research now, apparently, the blog's post is a few years back. But I just don't get why the standard drop so much!

I don't get it why they had to use such a big plate for just these few slices of Char Siu -.-

This was sooooooo good! I'm not sure whether its still the standard as last time. But I would really recommend for this. Despite of how it looks. Its extremely awesome! (Y)

Gyoza

A must have dish everytime I'm having Japanese food. Heh. This was a very normal dish. I would order it again provided I'm going back again since its still passable for a Gyoza. Hah

Also another so so dish. But I would not order it again if I'm back.

Nama Karashi Ramen (Spicy Chicken Soup)

First thought when I look at it, I was like "Walao. Where got spicy?" But when I drank it, IT WAS SPICY AND GOOD! Would really recommend this if anyone would like to try.

Aka Ramen with 7 kinds of ground nuts mixture

I would say the soup base ain't that bad. But for the ball thing, ITS HORRIBLE! Would not order this at all! Psh~

Horrible. Horrible Horrible. Why on earth is the egg yolk all cooked???? Terrible. Seriously. I always like Japanese egg cause the outside is cooked yet on the inside is soft & yolk is watery. Sigh~ It totally ruins my mood when the yolk disappoints me. Tsk

Question: Would you want to go back again or other outlets to try?

Answer: I would not go back and try since after reading so many recent reviews and it still didn't change my mind.
