Superstar K Restaurant @ Tanjong Pagar

It was Friday! Have been craving for Korean BBQ for quite some time. Wanted to try 2D1N bbq buffet but the queue was VERY LONG! Lots of people are waiting and if I really do wait for it, I think I would have a dinner very very very late. So decided to hop to another restaurant when there's so many Korean BBQ restaurant around the area.

Walking back and fro. Wanted to find buffet kind but don't have. So ended up outside Superstar K and it looks pretty not bad and decided to try. The staffs were mostly Korean so it looks pretty authentic to me. Lol

Look at their menu, so pretty & unique. Even though they are Koreans, they still use Egypt decos.

After ordering, side dish and drinks came!

Since we are at a Korean restaurant, we just had to drink Soju since its a weekend and no work for the next day! Heh.

Plates & side dish came! Most of the side dish taste pretty good! Not much of disappointment. And my favourite was always the Mash potato! I'm someone who doesn't likes potato that much. Unless its something really good and to my liking, I'm always up for it. Haha

And my meat came! Was really starving since it was like 8plus going 9? Its good that I don't need to barbeque it myself, the staff will help to cook and the thing above will help to suck in the smelly smoke and then my hair won't stink that much. As well as my clothes.

This came as a complimentary dish. Even though it doesn't really looks appealing, but trust me, THIS WAS GOOD! Because that's what I thought so when it came.

I was thinking like "Eeeee. Why the color like this one? I didn't order this what. Walau. Like doesn't taste good lor." Then I look look around and see everybody also have, then I really think this came free. When I put it into my mouth to taste, bite & swallow. I was like "OMG! THIS IS SO DAMN DELICIOUS!" and continue eating and eating. Lol.

All time MUST order "Kimchi Tofu Soup"

Doesn't taste that bad. But I still preferred the one I had at Kim's Restaurant though.

R's all time MUST order "Seafood Pancake"

Even though its not that bad, he still preferred the one at Kim's Restaurant & Bibigo.

Forgot what's this is called. But you can definitely see it from the menu. Very obvious. Haha.

But then don't just see the picture only. Because the picture doesn't looks good. Only the name tempted me. But once I try it, never regret. Cause it taste REALLY GOOD! 4.5 stars for it.

Dinner was VERY fulfilling. This was too much for 2. Can't really finish it all. Had to tabao the remaining seafood pancake back cause both stomachs can't fill in anymore thing. Lol.

I would say dinner was pretty good since my expectations wasn't that high. But it was a little pricy for me. But still, I still think its quite worth it. Heh. Would go back next time with more people.
